Allison Connell is a designer whose work spans interactive, brand and print. She moved to New York with one suitcase and the goal of working in a small firm involved in a wide range of projects. Allison joined Brooklyn-based studio Athletics in 2011, where she’s grown as a designer and learned to lead studio projects. Today, her work is focused on the intersection of design and interactive, using the tools, technology and culture of the web to inform and complement her design process.
Allison is originally from Minnesota by way of Iowa, where she studied graphic design at Iowa State University. She now lives in Brooklyn, where she walks to work and enjoys cooking, playing with paper and reading in the park.
